What you will do
- Provide primary care, low-acuity urgent care, and extended episodic care in a workplace-based clinic.
- Educate and co-manage patients with chronic conditions in coordination with outside primary care providers.
- Oversee CLIA-waived testing, prescription medication dispensing, and specimen collection laboratory activities.
- Conduct biometric screenings, health and wellness education, and one-on-one coaching for employees.
- Refer patients to wellness programs and collaborate with local HR and Benefits teams to improve employee health.
- Partner with and potentially oversee medical assistants, LPNs, and other healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Graduate of a certified nurse practitioner program with an active, unrestricted NP license in Florida and ability to practice independently.
- At least two years of independent nurse practitioner experience in internal medicine or family practice.
- DEA licensure, prescriptive authority, and current BLS certification.
- Strong primary care experience, including women's health; chronic disease management experience is preferred.
- Electronic health record experience; EPIC experience is a plus.
- Ability to work the scheduled clinic hours, maintain reliable attendance, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
Nice to have
- Phlebotomy experience.
- Spanish or other additional language skills.
- Direct or indirect supervisory experience.
- Autonomous APRN license.
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states if requested.

- Part-time schedule of 25.5 hours per week, with potential additional coverage hours.
- Wednesday: 7:00am–12:00pm; Thursday and Friday: 7:00am–5:30pm.
