Salary: $82,000–$102,200 per year, plus bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Lead store performance and maximize profitability while maintaining a strong connection to the brand.
• Deliver personalized customer service, resolve concerns quickly, and drive service excellence across the team.
• Manage store operations, systems, technology, and accountability.
• Recruit, train, and develop a diverse retail team.
• Partner with the District Manager and management team to build a collaborative working environment.
• Provide business feedback to influence product assortment and in-store visual merchandising.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time retail management experience; current Store Director experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, courtesy, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
