What you will do
- Manage Spooktacular cast and crew during event dates from September 5 through November 1, including Monday, September 7.
- Coordinate daily event operations, scheduling, task assignments, rehearsals, meetings, and training activities.
- Provide logistical support, maintain documentation, submit daily reports, and coordinate supplies and equipment.
- Supervise cast, technicians, costume and dresser staff, ambassadors, and other assigned event personnel.
- Maintain show quality, artistic and technical integrity, facility safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Entertainment Technical, and Operational Entertainment Management teams, covering other departments when needed.
Requirements
- Ability to supervise cast and crew in a live entertainment and special events environment.
- Knowledge of the positions and operational requirements necessary to run shows and events.
- Ability to support rehearsals, safety training, PPE compliance, performance tracking, and daily reporting.
- Professional interaction with guests, ambassadors, production staff, and management.
- Availability for the scheduled seasonal event dates and assigned shifts.
