FILM Burn-In Tech Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Columbus, Nebraska, United States. Onsite, first shift Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; overtime may be available as needed. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR regulations.

What you will do

• Perform burn-in testing of resistor parts according to customer specifications.
• Construct variances and associated burn-in equipment when required.
• Calculate voltages and amperage and work with high-voltage equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform maintenance on complex problems.
• Coordinate unit processing and assembler assignments with production and special test personnel.
• Maintain burn-in area reports and records and report equipment malfunctions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three months to one year of training in complex or automated machinery, equipment, and processes, or equivalent practical and shop mathematics training.
• Ability to use specifications, drawings, or plans in equipment and process applications.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR/EAR requirements, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee status, or asylee status.
