What you will do
- Provide deskside, remote, and CTS support to users.
- Perform hardware break-fix and IMAC installations.
- Support Windows operating systems, including Windows 7 and Windows XP.
- Manage support requests through large-scale ticketing systems, including ServiceNow.
- Assist with IP telephones, conference phones, basic networking, routers, and Cisco equipment.
- Support user environments with Active Directory and SCCM.
Requirements
- Professional experience in deskside support.
- Experience with remote or CTS support, SCCM, and Windows.
- Knowledge of encryption, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Cisco, and basic networking.
- Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
