Senior Manager, Emergency Management & Resilience

Salary: $107,350–$198,630 annual base pay in the U.S.

What you will do

• Lead emergency management, business continuity, and organizational resilience programs with stakeholders and business unit leaders.
• Develop continuity plans for critical business functions and essential systems to support recovery after business disruptions.
• Coordinate global crisis events, assess incident impacts, deploy resources, and advise on employee safety and organizational stability.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, HR, Communications, and operational teams to implement and maintain continuity plans.
• Lead global emergency simulations, training exercises, and plan testing; report results and recommended improvements.
• Own the global mass communication platform, including updates, configuration, user adoption, standards, training, and optimization.

Requirements

• At least 13 years of experience in emergency preparedness, resilience, or disaster planning.
• In-depth knowledge of emergency management strategies and disaster recovery.
• Experience managing global crises with international teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve crisis assessment, communications, and response strategies.
• Strong management, communication, technical writing, presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to remain composed and demonstrate integrity, tact, and diplomacy during stressful circumstances.

Nice to have

• BA or BS in emergency management, emergency services administration, homeland security, or a related field.
• Certification from IAEM, DRI, BCI, or an equivalent organization.
