What you will do
- Develop execution strategies and analyze financing options for acquisitions and refinancings.
- Track existing debt positions and identify refinancing opportunities.
- Build financing models for construction and stabilized real estate markets.
- Negotiate financing terms and manage transaction execution through closing.
- Prepare lender bid materials and maintain relationships with banks, institutional lenders, and investors.
- Collaborate with acquisitions and asset management teams across capital markets transactions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
