MRB Administrator (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Facilitate and lead Material Review Board meetings and follow up on action items.
• Document meeting minutes, decisions, and material disposition records.
• Identify nonconforming or potentially nonconforming stock and initiate containment actions.
• Conduct preliminary root cause analysis and coordinate supplier returns or corrective actions.
• Communicate with suppliers about nonconformances and manage return or credit processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of inspection, measuring, and test equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, data entry, problem-solving, collaboration, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Medical device industry experience.
• Spanish proficiency.
