Production Supervisor 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Columbus, Nebraska, United States; onsite, 2nd shift. Position is open only to applicants who qualify as U.S. Persons under applicable export-control regulations.

What you will do

• Supervise daily activities of operators and production employees in a precision electronic component manufacturing operation.
• Ensure parts and assigned processes meet production and quality standards.
• Select, train, discipline, and monitor operator performance.
• Plan and schedule workloads according to production priorities.
• Expedite finished orders and required materials to meet production schedules.
• Support operator training and performance monitoring across assigned operations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience supervising employees.
• Two years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR and/or EAR requirements.
