What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement training courses and supporting materials for Good Clinical Practices and Good Pharmacovigilance Practices.
- Lead and manage smaller course-development projects using online, instructor-led, and other learning modalities.
- Assess training needs in collaboration with subject matter experts, senior designers, and business stakeholders.
- Apply instructional design standards and the ADDIE methodology to training development.
- Develop training materials, knowledge and skills assessments, and project communications.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders throughout course development.
Requirements
- BS or BA degree required; an MA in Instructional Design or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of standard instructional design methodology, including ADDIE.
- Strong planning, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience developing clear technical and conceptual materials for large and small audiences.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with web-based training authoring and multimedia tools such as Articulate Storyline and Captivate.
Nice to have
- Experience working in compliance-driven industries, particularly GxP.
- Experience supporting senior instructional designers.
