What you will do

• Plan, research, evaluate, design, and engineer enterprise computer, network, storage, and end-user infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain Windows workstation patching cycles, apply security updates, and support vulnerability remediation.
• Administer and monitor Microsoft Config Manager and Intune platforms, client health, endpoint inventory, and compliance.
• Create and deploy workstation application packages through Config Manager and Intune.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate operational tasks.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS workstations, endpoint security tools, DNS, and Active Directory while collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, technicians, and business analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of experience deploying and packaging desktop software for Microsoft Windows and macOS, including planning, implementation, upgrades, and migrations.
• In-depth experience with Microsoft Config Manager, Intune, and Patch MyPC for third-party applications.
• Strong PowerShell and scripting experience, plus troubleshooting skills across Windows, Apple operating systems, DNS, Active Directory, and endpoint security tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Advanced Insights, and other reporting tools for data analysis and reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Citrix and Azure.
