Master Planning & Modeling Project Manager (Water/Wastewater)

Location: Hybrid role based in one of the Central Plains offices in Oklahoma City or Tulsa, Oklahoma; Rogers, Arkansas; or Overland Park, Kansas. Up to 40% remote work is available.

What you will do

• Lead multiple project teams delivering municipal water and wastewater studies.
• Manage master planning, water distribution and sewer collection system hydraulic modeling, water quality modeling, and asset management projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
• Work with utilities to solve complex infrastructure issues and develop capital improvement plans.
• Develop project scopes and fees and support business development, including proposal development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license in Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Kansas.
• At least 4 years of related experience.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Innovyze hydraulic modeling products such as InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM SE, InfoSewer, InfoSWMM, H2OSURGE, or InfoAsset Planner.
• Experience with Bentley products such as SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, or Hammer.
• Experience with GIS applications for water and wastewater planning.
• Experience in client development, sales, marketing, or proposal development.
