Warranty Quality Specialist (Manufacturing): Managing warranty claims, returned parts, and warranty campaigns while supporting product quality initiatives and timely customer resolutions with an accent on claim eligibility, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. What you will do
- Review and process warranty claims, returned parts, and warranty campaign activities.
- Evaluate claim eligibility and ensure compliance with warranty terms, company policies, and regulations.
- Coordinate with Quality and Service teams on part returns, campaigns, and claim resolutions.
- Communicate with customers, dealers, and service centers to collect information, provide updates, and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and identify recurring product issues and opportunities for product and process improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience in a warranty-related role, preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, attention-to-detail, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to perform the stated onsite physical duties, including occasional lifting of 25β50 pounds.
Nice to have
- Bachelorβs degree in Business or a related field.
- Previous warranty management experience.
- Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
