TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack): Building end-to-end personalization and unified account experiences for ecommerce shoppers with an accent on React, backend development, reliability, and performance. Focus on leading technical initiatives, evaluating business and engineering trade-offs, mentoring engineers, and using AI tools to build smarter software systems.
Location: United States; the salary range covers all U.S. geographic markets. Up to 10% travel may be required for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.

What you will do
- Lead initiatives that improve product offerings and support company growth.
- Develop end-to-end solutions across front-end and back-end technologies.
- Build on-site personalization and unified shopper account experiences for Customer Hub.
- Optimize existing products and deliver new solutions focused on customer conversion.
- Make technology decisions, evaluate business and technical trade-offs, and lead projects.
- Deploy well-designed, thoroughly tested solutions with strong reliability and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong experience building end-to-end software solutions or working extensively across front-end and back-end technologies.
- Professional experience with React and related technologies.
- Experience leading projects, owning outcomes, mentoring team members, and driving technical initiatives.
- Experience with code reviews, robust testing cycles, and agile, fast-paced environments.
- Experience using AI effectively and responsibly in software development and delivery.
Nice to have
- Python and Django experience.
- TypeScript experience.
- Experience developing digital marketing or customer data software.
- Experience building cloud-native solutions with AWS.
