Performance Fitter - Virginia

Location: CG - Field - US; assigned territory in Virginia with frequent travel and outdoor event work

Salary: $17.75 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct product fitting days and deliver an outstanding customer experience from setup through completion.
• Set up and take down fitting carts, tents, displays, equipment, and marketing materials according to company protocols.
• Conduct golf club fittings using launch monitors, the Callaway fitting protocol, and other provided tools.
• Explain hirify.global and Odyssey product features, benefits, and specifications to consumers.
• Run and train on the Odyssey Fits Tool and apply selling techniques.
• Communicate event results, challenges, and lessons learned with the Outside Sales Representative.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to learn and explain product characteristics, fitting concepts, features, and benefits.
• Valid driver's license, appropriate insurance for the resident state, and a driving record meeting company criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.
• Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season, with frequent travel within the territory.

Nice to have

• Golf knowledge, golf club fitting experience, and launch monitor experience.
• Retail golf or golf shop selling experience.
• Knowledge of the Callaway product line and the local territory.
• A vehicle large enough to carry 15–20 golf bags and display tents, such as an SUV or minivan.
