Counter - Inside Sales Representative

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; onsite role

What you will do

• Assist customers in person and over the phone and resolve requests promptly and professionally.
• Enter, review, pull, and follow up on customer orders.
• Help customers select suitable Crescent Electric products and services.
• Coordinate competitive quotations with purchasing, account managers, quotation specialists, product champions, and branch personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory, warehouse locations, and sales techniques.
• Move between counter and warehouse areas and handle regular lifting and carrying.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Related sales experience or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional phone and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and stoop frequently, and move quickly between counter and warehouse areas.
• Ability to continuously lift and carry 1–20 lbs, frequently lift and carry 21–50 lbs, and occasionally lift and carry 51–100 lbs with assistance or mechanical equipment.
• Required vision includes close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception for operating equipment and company vehicles.
