Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, Point of Care (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in the United States, with listed locations in Arlington, VA; Novi, MI; Durham, NC; and Austin, TX.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution for field, practice, and end-user go-to-market efforts related to risk stratification programs and products.
• Own strategic partnerships with practice leaders, payer partners, vendors, and external organizations.
• Scale the delivery and impact of risk adjustment and risk stratification insights for partner practices.
• Guide junior team members on incentive and adoption programs, education, hotspotting, monitoring, alerting, prioritization, and triage initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with product, analytics, technology, performance, and care programs leaders.
• Initially work as a senior individual contributor, with expected progression into people management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in economics, business, healthcare, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years with a master’s degree preferred.
• At least 6 years of healthcare experience and 2 years of value-based care experience.
• Expert Excel skills, including work with large and incomplete datasets, advanced formulas, Index/Match, XLOOKUP, and FILTER.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including storyboarding and preparing executive-level materials.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, communication, relationship-building, project management, and hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building, scaling, or teaching emerging AI tools to broader teams.
• Background in consulting or generalist healthcare strategy and operations.
