What you will do
- Lead project teams using Six Sigma methodology to achieve cost, quality, savings, and schedule objectives.
- Identify project team members, coordinate their availability, and provide basic Six Sigma training.
- Apply Six Sigma tools to measure, analyze, improve, and control production processes.
- Prepare project plans, monitor progress, report to project champions and leadership, and address barriers to success.
- Document improvement learnings, share best practices, and identify new project opportunities.
- Participate in HSE investigations, the 8D process, root cause analysis, and required safety audits.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and ensure safe working practices in assigned production areas.
