LVN - 33 hours / week - Evernorth - Arlington TX

What you will do

• Conduct member assessments and support providers with evaluation and management.
• Assist with care-plan development, care coordination, physician orders, follow-up, and medication refills.
• Prepare members for procedures and examinations, obtain vital signs, and perform phlebotomy-related duties.
• Provide patient and family education and identify opportunities for preventive screening.
• Use electronic medical records, communicate with providers and departments, and help resolve issues.
• Coordinate appointments with the front-office team and maintain exam-room supplies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current Texas licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse is required.
• At least one year of LVN experience in a clinic or physician's office.
• Current BCLS certification and phlebotomy skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic health records.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, time management, reliability, and availability during health center hours.

Nice to have

• At least one year of front- and back-office experience.
• Customer-centric focus and a dynamic personality.

• Health center hours: Monday and Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
