Canvass Manager (Home Improvement)

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States; on-site

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 per year on average, with above-average managers earning $150,000+ per year through base salary, bonuses, and commissions.

What you will do

• Lead a team of door-to-door marketers focused on lead generation and local awareness.
• Recruit, staff, train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Attend weekly meetings with the management team.
• Prepare reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives.
• Represent Mad City through face-to-face communication with homeowners.
• Manage kiosk and showroom display setup and breakdown.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Experience building or recruiting teams of high-level performers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours per day and perform bending, stooping, and reaching as needed.
• Ability to work year-round outdoors in varying weather conditions and carry up to 50 lbs.
