Design Delivery Expert (Packaging)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead collaboration on artwork development and adaptation for packaging initiatives.
• Coordinate with prepress agencies, Product Supply artwork teams, designers, internal studios, and external design agencies.
• Execute design intent and perform simple artwork adaptations.
• Ensure print quality and fit-for-use packaging artwork for regional and global projects.
• Lead multiple high-complexity projects and manage timelines across stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience, preferably in packaging.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process from concept through production.
• In-depth knowledge of artwork file production, print capabilities, inks, substrates, and finishes.
• Strong project, time management, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, plus Microsoft Office tools.
• English CV required.
