What you will do

• Assist with the operation and maintenance of Azure Cloud infrastructure and applications under the guidance of an Azure Cloud SME.
• Follow Azure Cloud O&M procedures, maintain documentation, and report issues and discrepancies.
• Manage and maintain Workday as a SaaS application and provide priority-one responses to HR requests.
• Create Workday reporting solutions using advanced and matrix reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Configure Workday business process logic and scheduled reporting and integration processes.
• Research solutions through Workday Community and Ask-An-Expert resources, support system improvements, and train new personnel.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in Azure Cloud management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Azure Cloud concepts and strong attention to detail when following O&M procedures.
• Demonstrated deep understanding of Workday administration.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing Azure Cloud and Workday technologies and requirements.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field is preferred.
