TL;DR
Sr. Financial Systems Analyst (Microsoft Fabric): Optimizing and automating financial processes, reporting, and ERP operations across Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365 F&O, and Great Plains with an accent on O2C, P2P, accounting, month-end close, and FP&A. Location: Bloomington, Minnesota, USA; onsite role at the offices and manufacturing facility.
Salary: $121,000–$140,000 annually, plus annual bonus and eligible benefits.

What you will do
- Analyze, document, and improve Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, invoicing, collections, cash application, payment, revenue recognition, and month-end close processes.
- Develop executive financial dashboards, operational reporting, financial models, variance analyses, and recurring reporting packages using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Design and maintain financial data pipelines using Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, OneLake, and Power BI.
- Administer and optimize integrations between Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Great Plains, banking portals, and third-party applications.
- Configure, enhance, troubleshoot, and support ERP modules including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting.
- Translate finance requirements into technical specifications and coordinate testing, integrations, upgrades, migrations, and implementation workstreams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, ERP implementation, or finance technology consulting.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end O2C and P2P processes, journal entries, standard costing, accruals, revenue recognition, and financial close.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, OneLake, Power BI semantic models, and governance.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including functional configuration, administration, or implementation.
- Experience with Python, SQL/T-SQL, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SSRS, REST APIs, ODATA, Logic Apps, Power Automate, data modeling, ETL/ELT, MDM, and Git.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, fabless, or OSAT environments.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains, including chart of accounts, GL consolidations, and reporting.
- Knowledge of semiconductor financial topics such as inventory valuation, yield accounting, and intercompany transfer pricing.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure DevOps, or project management certifications.
- CPA, CMA, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification.
