Client Services Representative (Banking)

Location: On-site in Pembroke, Ontario, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, account questions, and transactions.
• Build meaningful client relationships and provide a positive banking experience.
• Connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global team members and financial services specialists.
• Listen to client concerns, investigate issues, and develop solutions collaboratively.
• Introduce clients to hirify.global mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of banking and financial services products.
• Client service, customer engagement, and customer experience skills.
• Strong listening, questioning, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
