Commercial Business Partner (RWE)

What you will do

• Forecast revenue for assigned Real World Evidence offerings by monitoring pipelines and active opportunities with local and global sales and delivery teams.
• Support Principals In Charge across opportunity setup, project execution, pass-through management, and invoicing.
• Review project profitability, analyze performance drivers and trends, and identify opportunities to improve margins.
• Provide financial and commercial analysis for performance management and decision-making.
• Ensure process consistency, governance adherence, and operational efficiency across the project lifecycle.
• Support Annual Sales Incentive Plan administration and tracking.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business controlling or project finance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end processes, and P&L management.
• Strong Excel and business systems skills, including CRM, SAP, Hyperion, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and prioritization skills in a matrixed environment.
• Fluent business English is required; CVs must be submitted in English.
