Salary: $54,063–$67,579 per year. Compensation range: $25.99–$38.16 per hour.

What you will do
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and operation of HVAC equipment, emergency generators, and building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Complete general building repairs involving drywall, masonry, painting, ceilings, roofing, tile, carpets, windows, furniture, doors, and other office items.
- Monitor contractors and assist with maintenance, construction, and operations while following contract terms and safety, security, environmental, and conduct requirements.
- Perform housekeeping, storm-damage cleanup, lawn maintenance, spill cleanup, snow removal, and inventory management as required.
- Procure parts and materials, maintain inspection records, and submit required reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of relevant experience in HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, or carpentry.
- Valid state driver's license that must be maintained.
- Ability to use a computer and perform medium physical work, including lifting, moving, and carrying equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
- Recommended results from the online HireVue Building Tech and Technician-Related Roles Virtual Job Tryout.
Nice to have
- Electrician or HVAC license, or CFC refrigerant certification.
- Willingness to pursue the required certification.
