Home Infusion Nurse II (Cardiopulmonary)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; requires travel to patients’ homes within a large geographic region.

Salary: $87,000–$145,000 USD annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Provide cardiopulmonary-focused patient care, education, medication administration, and care coordination in home, clinic, hospital, and virtual settings.
• Assess changes in patient condition and collaborate with internal and external healthcare teams on drug management and treatment outcomes.
• Mentor and clinically train new nurses through orientation, competency demonstrations, and observation of home visits.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership on operational and patient-care performance improvement goals.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, regulatory compliance, company policy, and evidence-based nursing practice.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state where you work and live.
• Active or eligible national certification such as CRNI or another relevant certification.
• At least 5 years of RN experience and 3 years of intensive-care nursing experience in cardiac care, pulmonary care, open-heart recovery, pulmonary arterial hypertension, or CTEPH.
• Strong IV insertion skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel to patients’ homes.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• MSN degree preferred.
