Soldering Assemblers - All Shifts (PCB Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Hand-solder electronic components using through-hole and surface-mount technology to military standards.
• Set up, adjust, and operate automated and semi-automated soldering equipment.
• Prepare and clean printed circuit boards, including cleaning and masking before soldering.
• Visually inspect work for solder defects and make adjustments as needed.
• Interpret work instructions, customer blueprints, and subassembly layouts while completing required paperwork.
• Perform preventative machine maintenance, maintain a clean 6S work area, and follow safety and ESD procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of soldering experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Intermediate mechanical and repair skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Clear written and verbal English communication is required.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds, work 9-hour shifts, use required PPE, and pass an annual vision exam with corrected or uncorrected 20/20 vision.
• Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

Nice to have

• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Technical degree or equivalent experience in an electronics testing environment.
