Training and Development Specialist (Higher Education): Designing and delivering educational programs and facilitator training for dialogue, inclusion, communication, and community engagement with an accent on curriculum development, program coordination, and assessment. Location: On-campus role at in the United States
Salary: Starting at $23.323 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.

What you will do
- Design, deliver, assess, and continuously improve curricula and facilitator training materials for Skills to Dialogue, Safe Zone, and Cultural Bridges programs.
- Manage the Safe Zone program and Cultural Bridges training series, including scheduling, logistics, communications, materials, and facilitator assignments.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, events, and training sessions for students, faculty, and staff.
- Build partnerships with academic and administrative units to identify training needs and develop customized workshops.
- Recruit, train, mentor, coach, and evaluate student and staff facilitators.
- Develop program messaging, branding, outreach, assessment, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, student affairs, communication, social sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, or educational programs.
- Experience developing curriculum or training materials related to dialogue, inclusion, or communication.
- Experience with program coordination or project management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse students, faculty, and staff.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, organizational development, or a related field.
- Experience in higher education.
- Knowledge of intergroup dialogue, conflict resolution, or inclusive pedagogy frameworks.
- Experience with program assessment and data-informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with marketing, outreach, or supervising student staff.
