Expected annual base salary: $125,000–$175,000

What you will do
- Attend investment, product, and business meetings to capture key insights and themes.
- Translate investment views and discussions into presentations, brochures, fact sheets, talking points, pitch materials, scripts, and other client-facing content.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and refine messaging across materials and channels.
- Draft, edit, and maintain content for clients and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to facilitate content approvals.
- Organize content libraries, templates, and supporting materials while supporting strategic initiatives and executive communications.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in content creation, communications, marketing, investor relations, consulting, journalism, financial services, or a related field.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and presentation-development skills.
- Experience synthesizing complex information and communicating it clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, presentation design ability, project management, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
