Clinical Access Partner (Epic Cadence)

Location: Remote

Pay range: $101,084.26–$128,878.21 annually, based on full-time equivalent.

What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for Epic Cadence template and decision tree design.
• Develop guidelines aligned with access to care, provider productivity, and waste reduction goals.
• Educate and coach clinicians, departments, and stakeholders on scheduling best practices.
• Analyze schedule utilization, provider utilization, dashboards, and reports to recommend improvements.
• Support business requirements, configuration, and deployment of decision trees and online scheduling initiatives.
• Lead the decision tree roadmap and recommend strategies to reduce scheduling complexity and unused appointment slots.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least four years of experience with Epic scheduling and/or template management.
• Epic Cadence certification obtained within two years of hire.
• Experience with Excel, Word, Visio, and other Microsoft applications.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Ability to read and write in English.
