What you will do

• Execute visual merchandising, commercial curation, and styling according to H&M guidelines, mood boards, and the commercial calendar.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns, sale activities, window displays, product stories, signage, and store navigation.
• Monitor garment care, stock levels, product allocation, customer flow, and the cleanliness and safety of sales-floor and back-of-house areas.
• Follow up on sales reports and KPIs, identify visual and commercial opportunities, and implement actions to support sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Track fashion trends, competitors, brands, products, and influencers to improve styling and product presentation.
• Coach, onboard, and develop store colleagues in visual, commercial, and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Curious, creative, proactive, flexible, solution-focused, and able to communicate effectively across functions.
• Interest in fashion and leadership skills applicable to a dynamic retail environment.
• Experience improving product presentation and commercial execution in a store.
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Ability to manage, follow up, and act on selling-equation results and weekly sales reports.
