Production Assembler (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Pullman, Washington, or Moscow, Idaho, United States. Most openings are on the swing shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Moscow also offers a third shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and Pullman offers a weekend shift from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Salary: Starting at $26 per hour. Swing shift includes an additional $5 per hour; Moscow third shift and Pullman weekend shift include an additional $10 per hour.

What you will do

• Follow detailed work instructions for assembly, product building, packaging, and soldering.
• Operate production machinery and perform basic electronic production processes.
• Apply safety policies, quality standards, productivity standards, and manufacturing principles.
• Build positive and effective working relationships with coworkers.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and retain information about electronic production processes.
• Ability to listen to, understand, and follow technical instructions.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills in English.
• Ability to learn new skills, assume responsibilities, and work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 40 pounds frequently and sit or stand for at least 8 hours.
• Correctable vision of 20/30 or better, color differentiation, and sufficient fine-finger dexterity for precise parts handling.
