Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor (m/f/d)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working

Salary: €50,000–€80,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the commercial and contractual performance of projects as part of a project team.
• Deliver value for money and support business objectives.
• Prepare cost plans and estimates.
• Handle procurement and post-contract duties in line with established strategies.
• Follow environmental, health, safety, security, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction technical discipline.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical cost management.
• CSA cost management experience.
• Experience delivering data centre projects.
• Technical or project delivery experience in consultancy, contracting, development, or a client-side organisation.
• Stakeholder management, teamwork, workload prioritisation, and deadline delivery skills.
