Product Marketing Specialist (European Product Innovation): Supporting European segment strategy and leading end-to-end product innovation from concept to launch with an accent on customer insights, portfolio management, and value proposition development. Location: Based in the UK, with the role located in Denby, Derbyshire. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. The role requires working from the office five days a week during the first 90 days, followed by four days in the office and one day working from home each week. No domestic or international relocation is provided.

What you will do
- Support the European segment strategy and growth plan.
- Lead end-to-end innovation from concept through product launch with Research, Development, and Engineering.
- Identify growth opportunities using customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and business performance data.
- Develop value propositions, product messaging, claims, campaign briefs, and activation toolkits for European markets.
- Manage portfolio priorities, lifecycle activities, optimization opportunities, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Monitor segment performance and recommend actions to accelerate growth and strengthen market impact.
Requirements
- Experience in innovation, product marketing, portfolio management, or segment marketing.
- Ability to turn customer and market insights into growth opportunities.
- Experience collaborating across functions and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to shape recommendations and business results.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
