Data Center Inventory Specialist (Data Center)

What you will do

• Maintain ownership of the inventory system throughout the inventory lifecycle and coordinate with operations, construction, engineering, acquisitions, and sales.
• Manage customer space, power, connectivity, capacity allocations, cabinet assignments, cross-connect availability, and infrastructure utilization.
• Identify available capacity for prospective customers and revenue recovery opportunities for existing customers.
• Develop capacity allocation, utilization, forecasting, and regular business reports using Excel, Salesforce, and business intelligence tools.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies while improving data governance, integrity, inventory processes, and technology workflows.
• Present actionable analysis to management and provide ad hoc support for cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data reporting, analysis, or inventory management tools.
• Experience with tools such as Tableau, CRMA Plus, Salesforce Reporting, or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally in sales support or financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, data interpretation, problem-solving, and ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, work independently and collaboratively, and meet hard deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present qualitative and quantitative information to managers and colleagues.
