Parking Manager - Residential Parking Operations

Location: Onsite in New York, New York, United States

Salary: $21.00 per hour

What you will do

• Assist with supervising location staff, including delegation, coaching, performance monitoring, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training for new employees.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and property managers and respond to client requests.
• Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and the timely completion of maintenance projects.
• Oversee ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to help prevent revenue loss.
• Respond to guest concerns, accidents, incidents, and safety issues while providing frontline coverage when needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in account management and revenue collection.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide employment eligibility documentation; participation in E-Verify is required.
