Assistant Night Manager (Retail)

Location: Nashua, NH #0039, United States; onsite overnight work

What you will do

• Lead overnight merchandising execution, including display setup, pallet movement, sales-floor resets, and implementation of corporate merchandising plans.
• Direct, coach, teach, and motivate overnight team members while coordinating staffing and task execution with merchandising leadership.
• Ensure products, signage, inventory quantities, and GOLD merchandising standards are ready for morning operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for club operations, team leadership, and member engagement during assigned shifts.
• Operate and oversee forklifts, pallet jacks, refrigeration, and other overnight equipment while maintaining building readiness.
• Complete inventory controls, safety checks, sanitation procedures, audit documentation, and execution reporting.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
• Forklift operator certification is required, with yearly recertification; training and applicable costs are covered.
• At least 18 years of age and open shift availability.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable, full attendance on overnight shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly, use a pallet jack, and work around temperature extremes, loud noises, and cleaning agents.
• High school diploma, college degree, or experience in wholesale, retail, grocery, or management is preferred.
