Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York; 100% on-site
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 annually

What you will do
- Create elevated photography for campaigns, editorials, lookbooks, stylized product shoots, and architectural projects, primarily for the women’s business.
- Maintain and elevate ’s visual standards while translating creative direction into impactful imagery.
- Plan and execute studio and on-location shoots, adapting to different environments and lighting conditions and traveling domestically or internationally when necessary.
- Develop and implement new lighting techniques and manage camera equipment, lighting setups, and technical tools.
- Collaborate with the CEO/Creative Director, VPs, Art Director, producers, stylists, and sample coordinators during pre-production and shoots.
- Oversee color treatment, retouching, file organization, and delivery of final assets according to deadlines and specifications.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in fashion photography with a strong portfolio featuring on-body model work.
- Advanced expertise in studio lighting and on-location photography.
- Advanced expertise in post-production, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing shoot conditions.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to take direction from art directors and producers.
