Location: Boston, MA; field-based work in the United States with frequent travel within the assigned territory
Salary: $19.00 per hour

What you will do
- Conduct product fitting days and deliver a strong customer experience from setup through event completion.
- Set up and dismantle fitting carts, tents, displays, equipment, and marketing materials according to company protocols.
- Conduct customer fittings using launch monitors, the Callaway fitting protocol, and provided tools.
- Explain and Odyssey product features, benefits, and personalized specifications to consumers.
- Run and train on the Odyssey Fits Tool and apply appropriate selling techniques.
- Communicate event results, challenges, and lessons learned with the Outside Sales Representative.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, leadership, and professionalism skills.
- Ability to learn product characteristics, fitting concepts, and the full Callaway product line.
- Valid driver’s license, proper insurance for the resident state, and a driving record meeting company criteria.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.
- Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season, with frequent travel within the assigned territory.
Nice to have
- Golf knowledge, golf club fitting experience, and launch monitor experience.
- Retail golf or golf shop selling experience.
- Knowledge of the retail golf business and past Callaway products.
- A vehicle large enough to carry 15–20 golf bags and display tents, such as an SUV or minivan.
