Business Development Specialist (Media Advertising)

What you will do

• Build credible relationships with local businesses and develop new client accounts.
• Generate advertising revenue through broadcast television, streaming, and digital products.
• Educate clients on advertising solutions and present customized proposals and presentations.
• Build marketing campaigns using broadcast TV, SEO, SEM, display, social, CTV, and OTT.
• Develop ideas for commercials and digital advertisements based on client needs and sales goals.
• Implement strategies to meet and exceed individual and team revenue goals while supporting existing accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, mass communications, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in media.
• Professionalism, strong follow-through, time management, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and dependable vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
