Dentist (Healthcare)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; onsite at a health center. Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.; availability on Monday or Friday is required.

Salary: $119,999.20–$149,999.00 annually.

What you will do

• Provide and manage direct dental care, including oral examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment.
• Refer patients to specialists and other relevant care services.
• Prescribe medications and treatment regimens appropriate to diagnosed dental conditions.
• Train and supervise dental assistants and coordinate dental support staff.
• Support patients through telephone, fax, and face-to-face communication.
• Participate in rotating after-hours and weekend call coverage, quality improvement, safety, infection control, and health education programs.

Requirements

• All state licenses and certifications required to practice in the relevant state.
• Federal DEA license matching each state of practice, except for orthodontists.
• Degree from an accredited dental school.
• Specialty training verification, if applicable.
• CPR/BLS certification with hands-on skills evaluation; fully online courses are not accepted.
• At least one year of relevant experience required; three or more years strongly preferred.
