What you will do
- Provide consultative support to clients and registered financial representatives on investment concepts, products, and account questions.
- Serve as an expert on mutual fund trading, brokerage account servicing, cost basis, and tax reporting.
- Analyze, enter, and review investment transactions, including trade executions, transfers, and account maintenance.
- Address client inquiries, de-escalate complex situations, and own issues through resolution.
- Collaborate with department leads and wealth business partners on product enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Educate clients and field partners on digital and self-service capabilities while monitoring industry and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63-equivalent licensing, such as Series 65 or 66, is required.
- Series 7, Series 63, and SIE FINRA registrations are listed for the role; fingerprinting is required.
- Associate degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of related financial services experience.
- Intermediate understanding of tax implications related to investments.
- Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, data security, and compliance skills.
