Senior Finance Manager (Plant Chongqing) (Automotive)

hirify.global is hiring for the Vibracoustic Chongqing plant within the Freudenberg Group.

What you will do

• Manage plant controlling and ensure timely monthly and annual financial accounts in accordance with IFRS.
• Control material, inventory, Capex, and OPEX, identify weaknesses, and implement improvement actions.
• Support regional business units with P&L analysis, commercial analysis, operational planning, monthly forecasting, and Capex controlling.
• Oversee accounting support activities, including AP/AR overdue tracking, assets and tooling, taxation, and statutory audit preparation.
• Manage tax compliance, local and state tax calculations, forecasts, deferred tax assets, customs, and FICO processes.
• Lead local finance, accounting, and controlling employees while managing plant assets, cash flow, and accounts receivable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in finance and controlling.
• At least 6 years of experience in an MNC and an industrial production company; automotive experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP procedures and processes and HFM reporting.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience with leadership, employee development, operating metrics, and local tax and SAFE regulations.
