Consumer Onboarding Strategy Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, NY / NYC Metro; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required

Salary: $138,200–$190,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise onboarding transformation program as a strategic product manager focused on member experience.
• Set the strategic vision for the redesigned onboarding experience and align enterprise priorities across workstreams.
• Partner with consumer research, analytics, business, marketing, digital, call center, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop personas, segmentation strategies, measurement plans, KPIs, pilot evaluation criteria, and executive reporting.
• Identify and size opportunities, including NPV analysis with finance partners, and translate the vision into milestones and accountability.
• Maintain momentum across workstreams, resolve blockers and dependencies, and prepare updates for senior and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of progressive experience creating program or product strategy.
• Strong knowledge of customer journey design and management, persona development, experience transformation, and onboarding best practices.
• Experience delivering large, multi-workstream programs in healthcare or similarly complex environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive and board-level audiences.
• Expertise in program acceleration, risk mitigation, cross-functional interdependencies, and Microsoft Excel-based analysis.

Nice to have

• MBA, MPH, or another graduate degree.
• Experience with healthcare transformation, member onboarding, or lifecycle programs.
• Familiarity with CMS regulations, digital health ecosystems, and human-centered design.
• Experience working in matrixed environments with distributed accountability.
