Associate II Outbound Logistics (Supply Chain)

Salary: $62,640–$88,004.80 annual

Total Wine & More is a retail company operating a supply chain that moves products from distribution centers to stores.

What you will do

• Coordinate outbound transportation from multiple distribution centers by processing orders and reviewing truck plans and routes.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, Replenishment, Warehouse Operations, and Store Operations to track deliveries and resolve issues.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis using Excel, Power BI, and other systems.
• Apply transportation performance metrics and help identify recurring problems and service-level improvements.
• Review and reconcile freight invoices under the guidance of senior associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Less than one year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation; internship or entry-level experience is relevant.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.
• Basic analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Project and process management skills and eagerness to learn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools.
