Contracts Manager (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of contracts through renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Draft, redline, and negotiate license agreements, service orders, leases, vendor agreements, and other contractual documents.
• Prepare renewal analyses covering contractual terms, conflicting information, invoices, and audits.
• Collaborate with business units on audit and compliance requests.
• Review and draft responses to RFPs and provide analytical support for special projects.
• Recommend improvements to contractual processes and establish enterprise-wide efficiencies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; real estate, business, or finance preferred.
• Juris Doctor preferred, or at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience drafting, analyzing, interpreting, negotiating, and redlining contracts.
• Experience abstracting contractual rights and obligations and communicating requirements to non-legal teams and executives.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; Salesforce experience preferred.
