Field Services Rep (Medical Device Reprocessing)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado; on-site facility support and travel within and outside the state required.

Salary: $21.75–$31.50 hourly.

What you will do

• Implement the ReNewal Reprocessing Program and support client staff adoption of required procedures.
• Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, including labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site workflow support, resolve operational issues, and assist with process improvements.
• Educate and train facility staff through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits, support onboarding, gather feedback, and share performance insights using digital tools and reporting platforms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel in a personal vehicle to designated facilities and travel up to 80% for business purposes.
• Credentialing or hospital certification required to access assigned facilities.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, provide customer service, lift at least 30 pounds, and work extended, irregular, or on-call hours as needed.
