What you will do
- Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding financial needs and goals.
- Recommend tailored banking, lending, and investment products and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other teller transactions while maintaining accurate cash balances.
- Educate customers on digital banking platforms and self-service options.
- Resolve customer concerns, support branch sales targets, and collaborate with team members and partners.
- Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies for risk management and fraud prevention.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Legal authorization to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
- At least 12 months of sales experience, or qualifying retail banking, financial services, consultative sales, or experience.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume environment and 6 months of cash-handling experience.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, consultative sales, teamwork, accuracy, and basic math skills.
- Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
