Bilingual Loan Sales Specialist - Southside

Location: Jacksonville, FL; onsite. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturday work as needed.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and provide tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Develop new customer connections and maintain relationships throughout the loan life cycle.
• Manage loan processes, including collections activities, while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms, available options, and optional insurance products.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Work toward individual and branch goals while delivering empathetic, efficient service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and maintain timely service.
• Goal-oriented attitude and motivation to achieve results.
• Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
